A range of Forest School sessions for different ages throughout the year.
Days include garden play with the mud kitchen, small world and nature crafts, plus woodland exploring with den building, bug hunting and a fire snack. Groups are kept small and run by two level three Forest School leaders.

Hi, I'm Ellie Kelly. I am a level 3 Forest School leader with over 20 years' experience working with children, including school and holiday camp roles, group trips abroad, and running sister company Buttons Parties for 15 years.
I started Wonderwood Explorers to offer the wonder of playing outside surrounded by nature to as many children as possible, inspired by my own childhood memories of climbing trees, getting muddy and making things.
Children have the opportunity to build dens, learn fire lighting and wild cooking, get creative with woodland crafts, play games, explore mud kitchens, build insect hotels, go on bug hunts and experience the seasons.
My little girl and I started attending Little Explorers Club in November, and this has become one of our most favourite activities of the week. Not only do we learn and explore while having a lot of fun, but I can also see an incredible change in her confidence and curiosity.
We have been taking our son to Wonderwood Explorers for some time now and we absolutely love it. Ellie is fantastic and really brings learning through play to the outdoors. From the mud kitchen, to bug hunts, yummy snacks on the campfire and different crafts each week, there is always something fun to explore and learn from.
Wonderwood Explorers is a wonderful experience for children, allowing them to play and explore the outside world in a safe environment. Ellie is an amazing lady who makes learning about the outside fun and enriches the children's play through multiple formats.
